Terms of Service
Effective 28 September 2026
The service is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Leonid Iakovlev (Georgia, ID 306405253), Police Street I Dead End N5, Floor 2, N4a, Samgori District, Tbilisi, Georgia (the “operator”). For a paid order, the same operator is the contracting party unless the order names another.
These terms govern early-access use of Postmately at postmately.com. Postmately is currently onboarding design partners manually. Before any paid service begins, the order form or checkout will identify the contracting legal entity, its address, the price, billing period, taxes, cancellation terms and applicable law. If those details are not presented, no payment is due and you should contact us. Our delivery, cancellation and refund rules are set out in the Billing, Delivery, Cancellation and Refund Policy.
1. The service
Postmately is a social content operations workspace. Depending on availability, it may let you:
- connect social channels you own or are authorised to manage (“Connected Channels”);
- create, adapt, localise and render content (“Content Studio”);
- schedule and publish approved content;
- collect the metrics that a platform makes available; and
- request assisted publishing operations for an approved business campaign (“Managed Distribution”).
Features and platforms marked planned, pilot or early access may change and are not part of a paid order unless the order says they are.
2. Your account and authority
- You must be at least 18, or the legal age required to enter a business contract where you live.
- You must give accurate details and keep your login and contact email secure.
- If you act for a company or client, you confirm that you have authority to bind it and to submit its channels, content and instructions.
- You are responsible for users you invite and actions taken within your organisation.
3. Connected Channels
You may connect only channels you own or are authorised to manage. You keep control of those channels and can disconnect them or revoke Postmately’s access through the platform.
Most platforms use OAuth. Where a platform supports another authorised flow, such as a revocable app password, we may use that flow and explain it before you submit credentials. We do not ask you to transfer ownership of a Connected Channel.
Each platform’s own terms and content rules apply. A platform may reject content, change its API, rate-limit, restrict or close a channel for reasons outside our control. Postmately cannot override or promise to reverse those decisions.
YouTube. Postmately uses the YouTube API Services to upload videos to the YouTube channels you connect and to read their statistics. By connecting a YouTube channel or publishing to YouTube through Postmately, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy, and ours in the Postmately Privacy Policy. You can remove Postmately’s access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions or by disconnecting the channel in Postmately.
4. Managed Distribution
Managed Distribution is a separately contracted assisted publishing service, not the sale or rental of a social account and not an automatic add-on to a software subscription. A pilot or order defines the campaign, market, channel scope, content approval process, planned operations, capacity, delivery timing, reporting and service recovery.
- You provide or explicitly approve the content, claims, targeting and brand assets.
- Postmately performs only the operations agreed for the campaign and may refuse an unsafe, deceptive, unlawful or non-compliant instruction.
- You do not buy or receive ownership of a managed channel, its credentials, its audience, or any right to transfer it.
- Postmately does not sell traffic, followers, likes, views or engagement and does not guarantee reach, performance, channel availability or freedom from platform restrictions.
- If an agreed operation is not performed, the applicable retry, credit or refund is the service recovery written in the order; we do not promise to bypass platform enforcement or replace a restricted channel.
Managed channels are operated by Postmately’s own staff or contracted operators (“operators”). Each managed channel is run on a device controlled by an operator, who schedules and publishes approved content through the platform’s official application. Operators act for Postmately, are bound by confidentiality and platform-compliance obligations, and are not independent creators or a marketplace unless an order says so.
Managed Distribution may be delivered as a single branded channel for one market (“local brand channel”) or as a set of creator-style channels publishing sponsored content for one campaign (“seeding channels”). Where a platform or law requires sponsorship or paid-partnership disclosure for content published on a managed channel, Postmately applies that disclosure, and you must not instruct us to omit it. Content is published as approved variants for a campaign; we do not publish substantially identical undisclosed copies across channels.
Postmately may use a named service partner to perform part of the setup or publishing workflow. Unless an order expressly identifies that partner as your contracting provider, Postmately remains responsible for delivering the service you purchased. A partner is not presented as independent merely to change the description of work that Postmately actually performs itself.
Managed Distribution availability is confirmed per campaign. A price shown “from” a certain amount does not mean every market or platform is available at that price.
5. Content Studio and external AI services
You may ask Postmately to process your assets into variants, captions, translations, voiceovers or other renders. You keep ownership of your original content and, subject to third-party licence terms, the outputs created for you.
Some features may use external AI or media-processing providers. Before enabling a provider that receives your content, we will identify the feature or provider category and update the Privacy Policy as needed. AI output can be inaccurate or inappropriate; you must review and approve it before publication.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for faces, voices, music, trademarks, datasets and other material you submit. You may not create deceptive impersonation, undisclosed synthetic endorsements or content that violates publicity, copyright or platform rules.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Postmately to:
- publish unlawful content or infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights;
- publish spam, malware, fraud, fake testimonials or materially deceptive claims;
- buy, sell or simulate traffic, views, followers, likes or engagement;
- coordinate inauthentic behaviour or send substantially identical content across channels in a way that misleads users or violates platform rules;
- evade a platform’s enforcement, access controls, rate limits or content restrictions;
- harass, threaten, exploit or incite violence against anyone; or
- probe, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
We may reject content or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, platforms or Postmately. Where lawful and practical, we will explain the reason.
7. Your content and instructions
Your content stays yours. You grant us a limited licence to store, copy, process, adapt and transmit it only as needed to provide the features and operations you request. You also authorise us to act on a Connected Channel within the permissions you granted. These licences end when the relevant content or account is deleted, subject to backups, records required by law and content already sent to a platform.
We publish only content you scheduled, explicitly approved, or authorised under a written Managed Distribution workflow.
8. Plans, pilots and payment
Self-serve payments are not enabled during the current early-access stage. A paid pilot starts only after you receive and accept written commercial terms from the identified legal operator through an approved payment method.
When subscriptions become available, the checkout will show the price, currency, billing period, taxes, renewal and cancellation terms before purchase. We will not describe the payment as software-only if it also includes Managed Distribution or media-production services. Managed Distribution is billed under a separate written order unless a checkout expressly and accurately identifies it.
Refund eligibility, request instructions and processing targets are described in the Billing, Delivery, Cancellation and Refund Policy. Nothing in that policy removes mandatory consumer rights or a written service recovery for operations Postmately did not perform.
9. Availability and results
We work to keep Postmately reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted service. Publishing and analytics depend on third-party platforms, networks and media providers. A post may be delayed or fail, and a metric may be unavailable or incomparable across platforms.
Postmately does not guarantee views, reach, followers, engagement, conversions, revenue, virality, search position or any other campaign outcome.
10. Warranty and liability
The service is provided “as is” during early access, without warranties beyond those the law makes mandatory. To the extent the law allows, the contracting operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost reach or a platform’s independent decision.
For a paid order, the liability cap and governing-law terms will be stated by the identified legal operator before payment. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
11. Ending the agreement
You may stop using early access or request deletion at any time — see Data deletion. A paid order may be cancelled under its written terms and the published cancellation policy. We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach, legal risk, platform requirement or discontinuation of the service.
12. Changes
We may change these terms as the early-access product develops. Material changes will be posted here and, for registered users, communicated by email before they take effect where required. Changes do not alter an already signed order unless that order allows them.
