How it works

You plan. You approve. Postmately publishes.

Postmately plans and publishes. Nothing goes out until you approve it.

1

Plan the channel

Pick a market and a platform, set the posting times and load the first batch of content. Cut and caption it in Postmately or bring it ready. The calendar takes the channel from there.

2

Approve before it goes live

Every draft waits for your approval in the dashboard, with the channel and the planned time next to it. Nothing is published that you have not seen. Your own accounts sit in the same queue.

Watch the results live

Views, comments and shares land on the same screen as the posts, as the platforms report them. Add a channel or a market when the numbers earn it, not when a report says so.

Everything in one dashboard

The channels, the queue and the numbers on one screen

Each piece below is a screen in Postmately, not a separate tool. All your channels live in the same place.

Approval queue

Nothing goes live without you

Drafts from your team land in one queue with the channel and the planned time. Approve, comment or send back in one click. Nothing is published until you approve it.

Approval queue with drafts

Channel calendar

Every channel, every market, one calendar

All your channels sit in the same calendar. Each channel keeps its own posting times in its own time zone, so a post for Warsaw goes out in Warsaw’s morning.

Calendar with per-channel posting times

Live analytics

Watch the results as they come in

Views, comments and shares are pulled from the platforms into one table next to the post that earned them. No weekly PDF, no waiting for a report.

Coming soon

Analytics by channel and by post

Views, comments and shares per channel land in the same dashboard as the queue.

Video editor

Edit for the platform, not for the export dialog

Trim, crop and reframe one clip into 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9 with the safe zones of each platform drawn on the canvas, so nothing important sits under a caption bar or a like button.

Coming soon

Editor with 9:16 safe zones

Trim and reframe one clip for every platform with the safe zones drawn on the canvas.

Captions and subtitles

Captions and subtitles that read well

Automatic transcription, styled captions, and subtitles translated into the languages your audience actually speaks. Edit any line before it is burned in.

Coming soon

Subtitle editor, three languages

Transcribe, style and translate captions, then edit any line before it is burned in.

Carousel builder

Slideshows written first, rendered second

Paste your page or a topic. Postmately reads it, writes the slide text and a caption, and you edit every line before anything renders. Pick a text style and a photo pack or your own photos, get 1080×1920 slides ready to publish as a TikTok photo carousel. Photos come from your own library or a licensed stock pack; Postmately does not generate images or video.

TikTok slideshow builder, from a page URL to five rendered slides

Composer

One composer, every channel

Write once, then tune the text per network in the same window: character limits, media rules and posting times are checked before anything is scheduled. Pick Next Available, Prioritize, Share Now or a date.

Why local publishing

You can’t fake local.
And you can’t hire it in a week.

A brand entering a new market needs posts in the local language, on a local schedule, every day. That is a calendar problem before it is a people problem.

Agencies take months and retainers. Ads stop the moment you stop paying. A channel you own keeps posting for as long as the calendar is full, and Postmately keeps it full.

A publishing operation on one dashboard

One channel is a test. Five channels are a map of which markets want you. Twenty channels are a publishing operation you can still run from one screen.

A month of five channels, one square per post. Green went live with your approval, grey is waiting in your queue. Every square carries where it was posted and what the platform reported.

Official APIs, your own accounts

Every post goes out through the platform’s official API into an account you own. No automation pretending to be a person, no shared logins.

You approve before anything goes live

Drafts wait in your queue. You edit, comment, approve or send back. Nothing is published without your approval.

Built for your brand, disclosed as paid

The channel carries your name and your rules, and paid partnerships are labelled as such. That is what separates a publishing tool from a spam tool.

One market first, then the next

Start with one channel and one country. When the numbers on the dashboard earn it, add a market. Subscriptions scale up and down by the month.

Why not an agency

A local agency takes a quarter. Postmately takes an afternoon.

An agency brings a team, a retainer and a quarter of onboarding. Postmately brings a calendar, an approval queue and publishing through the official APIs, and your first post goes out this week. Five channels are free.

FAQ

The questions everyone asks first

Who owns the channel?

You do. The channels are your brand’s accounts: you hold the logins and the brand assets, and we publish into them only with your approval.

Is this allowed by the platforms?

Yes. Everything is published through the platforms’ official APIs, you approve every post, and paid partnerships are labelled as such.

Can I connect my own accounts?

Yes, on every plan. Free covers five of your own channels, Pro fifteen. You connect each account on the platform’s own login screen; Postmately never sees your password.

What exactly do you guarantee?

Delivery of the work you ordered: the posts you approved, published on time, in the format the platform expects, with the platform’s own numbers in your dashboard. What the content earns is up to the content and the platform.

Which platforms are covered?

For your own accounts, Bluesky and Mastodon are live; LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Threads and TikTok open as each platform’s review completes. The dashboard shows the real status, not a promise.

Can I cancel?

Pro is a monthly subscription and stops at the end of the paid month.

Start with one channel. Add markets when the numbers say so.

We are onboarding the first brands by hand, which means you get the founders on email and a say in which platforms open next. Leave your address and we will write when your workspace is ready.
